What file formats can you accept?

Artwork: We prefer .jpg format, but we accept the following: .jpeg, .zip, .pdf, with a size limit of 5 MB.

Digitizing: We prefer .jpg format, but we accept the following: .jpeg, .zip, .eps, .pdf, .bmp, .ai, .gif, .tif with a size limit of 10 MB.

What formats can the embroidery stitch files be converted to?

Wilcom ES Output Format: design files (.emb), tajima (.dst), melco (.exp), melco (.cnd), barudan (.dsb), zsk (.dsz), toyoto zsk, compucon (.xxx), brother,babylock (.pes).

The ones we have listed are the few formats from the wide list. Please contact us if you need any other formats!

How do I place an order?

See our Contacts page and feel free to call us by phone or send an email to discuss getting set up.

How do I request a quote?

Email us the details and nature of your request and attach the artwork in one of the above mentioned formats that we prefer to use.

How much do you charge per design?
  • Our pricing for Artwork is based on man hours.
  • We use flat pricing on embroidery digitizing and offer good discounts based on volume.
What is your turn around time?

Most designs will be finished within 12-24 hours. We are working on both Day and Night shifts, meaning you can send your artwork any time before you leave office or even from home late in the night and you can see the finished files before you start the next business day. All orders will be finished within 48hours guaranteed. If you require rush services, we can deliver the orders within 4-6 hours without no extra cost.

Do you have any test designs for Embroidery?

We can offer your first order as free without any cost regardless of stitch count.

How do I receive my ordered designs?

We will send the completed files to your registered email address. If you have any FTP server, we can post the completed files on the FTP, or shared drop box.

What types of payment do you accept?
  • We accept payment by Visa / MasterCard / American Express.
  • Payment Gateways – Pay pal
  • You can also wire transfer the payments or send US Checks.
How secure is the payments through your website?

We accept payment through PayPal which is one of the most trusted and secure sites.

Do you run swatches of the designs before you send them to me?

Yes, we can offer sew outs at an additional charge and can supply a photo for email, or ship to you with minimal shipping charges.
